   The Library is intended to provide a beginning source for information and reference for those persons seeking information on various mobilehome and housing issues.

 All files are in Adobe (.pdf) format.  You must have Adobe Reader to view and download the files.  To get Adobe Reader (8.6MB), click here.  To view the file, click on the file name.  After viewing, you can save it to your computer by using your "save as ..." function.

Persons having items of interest should submit such items to the Librarian (c/o PMC Financial Services at the address below) for inclusion in the Library.     All documents are scanned with full attribution and assumed to be in the public domain.  Should any author disagree with this position, please contact the Librarian and the document in question will be removed.

 All Mobilehome Park Resident Ownership items are located at the Resident Ownership Branch, which is located at the web site of PMC Financial Services.  All other documents are located at this Main Branch website.
